Colorado is a "No-Fault" state. The court does not care why someone wants a divorce, only that the marriage is unable to continue. Fault is not a factor when deciding asset division and/or debt division. Child custody and support is typically decided based upon the best interests of the child involved.
We are excellent negotiators and trial lawyers. We can help you and your spouse come to an agreement out of court, saving you time and a great deal of money. However, we can also take your case to court if that is what it takes to protect your interests.
Contact a Denver divorce attorney today to discuss your situation with a knowledgeable Denver divorce attorney. Our fees are reasonable, and payment plans are available.
